The Center provides Executive Coaching to educational and corporate leaders on an individual basis as well as to leadership teams.

Dr. Sandra Chapman, Ph.D., Business and Life Coach

Dr. Chapman assists clients to achieve a clear and compelling plan for personal and/or professional growth that is truly aligned with the client’s values. Her work as a coach is grounded in the belief that the client and the coach co-create a discovery process that enables the client to clarify a personal vision, set goals, and powerfully move forward to achieve those goals. She serves as an advocate for her clients as they challenge and then silence their inner critics. Sandra trusts that each client possesses the power within to create a more significant and successful life journey. She invites each client to dream the impossible and then make it possible!

Dr. Chapman is currently working toward certification with The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and the International Coaching Federation. Coaching has become her personal and professional mission since her retirement from a 32 year career which included positions as a speech pathologist, elementary teacher, school principal, and school system central office administrator. Special interests in her education career included staff development, new teacher support, and school improvement. She is a graduate of the National Staff Development Council’s Academy of Staff Developers. She has also served as an adjunct professor in the School of Education at the University of Kansas. She has a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in speech pathology and education and a Ph.D in educational policy and administration from the University of Kansas.
